a day to relax before the next paper

i attempted to trim my own fringe today... however it turned out to be a disaster so mummy sponsored me a fringe cut at the nearby salon for $4.

after which i went for the mango interview at Isetan with huiyu, huiqi and yuexiang. bah~ i got in... starting work on 4th Dec...

went on to meet up with Zijian to get Tesia's birthday present. we loved the cabbie from Cerisi however the only piece left was stained. so we had our dinner first then decide what to do next.

which then led us from AMK hub to Tampines Mall by taking bus 22 from 1 end to the other. despite the traveling, we managed to get the correct size cabbie.

and because i didn't feel like going home yet, we caught a night movie: Beowulf.

it tells of a tale how even heroes are unable to conquer lust since ancient times. according to Zijian it's something like “英雄难过美人关” in Chinese.

throughout the movie the 2 of us kept wondering if it was CG or not because the characters in some parts of the show looked very fake, but then at other times they seemed too real to be fake. most probably a mixture of both... but it was good.
